We're partnering again with another great
XING NEW WORK Sesssion, this time taking place in one of our home cities: Berlin. Not only will be be involved in the event program, we will be hosting an evening pre-event on November 14 at the Berlin Television Tower.
New requirements for leadership, democracy, culture & time
Transparency is not a new phenomenon. Transparency has always been seen an essential foundation for trust, democracy, participation, economic thinking, social coexistence and work. However, the speed at which digitization is penetrating all areas of our lives — from politics to business and culture — is changing the requirements for transparent action. The possibilities posed by digital transformation, and global networking are making us increasingly question traditional thinking models in which knowledge is equated with power. In turn, it’s opening doors to exciting shifts in structures within the realm of work.
This edition of the XING NEW WORK Sessions will provide a platform to discuss and rethink the issue of transparency around leadership, democracy, corporate culture and time, with impulses from the fields of politics, business and culture.
IXDS NEW WORK Talks, November 14
On the night before the official event, we’ll again be hosting a special meetup. This time with a view! At the Berlin TV Tower, we will be creating a relaxed atmosphere to kick off discussions over a drink, and network with other new work enthusiasts.
Four speakers will present 10-minute impulses to lay a foundation for what promises to be an enticing discussion.
If you’re interested in attending, visit the XING New Work Session website.
