XING was opening the doors to the XING HR Pop-Up Lofts, a new approach to recruitment and the workplace of tomorrow. In this bar camps, Xing established an open platform to discuss views about future challenges in New Work and E-Recruiting.

For the opening event of the Munich series, XING had invited our managing partner Nancy Birkhölzer to discuss  IXDS’ ideas about new work and the spirit of collaboration in our company.

Speakers

Nancy Birkhölzer talked about how design methods can influence the future work environment, as well as the 32-hour week and her vision for new work.

Achim Hensen from Traum-Ferienwohnung, a company that has successfully reorganized its work culture after 14 years, will shed light on how staff now organize their work completely independently, and what a workplace without managers looks like.
