Pre-Work Talk Munich HR Disruption

As the talent war continues, who would have thought that some of the main weapons of choice would be social media, messaging platforms like Whats App and bite-sized video applications. Well, welcome to the future of recruitment. But it’s not exactly what you’d think.  Below you'll find some pictures from the event. Stay tuned for the videos of the presentations, which we be available shortly.

This Munich Pre-Work Talk we'll be exploring new disruptive approaches to recruitment and hiring processes. Which technologies are allowing for better talent sourcing and screening? How can organizations keep up with candidates’ fast feedback expectations? How can job seekers manage their digital presence in an age of the dying resume?

Founder and Managing Director of Talentry Carl Hoffmann will explain how his startup is helping over 2,000 organizations & SMEs from across Europe, India, Mexico and the USA meet current and future recruiting challenges with the use of social media.

And, as more and more employers are leveraging live and pre-recorded video interviews and applications to streamline the hiring process, Sebastian Hust, co-founder and managing director of Talentcube – a company that specializes in mobile recruiting – will discuss some of the latest research and insights into which technologies are really set to revolutionize HR.

Whether you're a startup looking for fresh talent, a seasoned HR manager or curious jobseeker, this talk is one not to be missed!
