Lean back: Women in the digital world Book launch @Frankfurter Buchmesse

Frankfurt
Our CEO Nancy Birkhölzer recently contributed an essay to the book 'Die LEAN-BACK-Perspektive: Leadership heute – 42 inspirierende Wege erfolgreicher Frauen' (The LEAN BACK perspective: Leadership today - 42 inspiring paths of successful women), coming out on October 20. As part of its release, a panel of top women managers will discuss the relevance of feminine leadership qualities in the digital age and present the book at the Frankfurter Buchmesse. It will take place at Hot Spot Education Stage (Hall 4.2 C 96) from 13:30 – 14:00.

The Lean-back principle, which stands for a new self-concept of female leadership, plays a central role. With Lean in, Sheryl Sandberg made the topic of women and leadership a matter of course. Lean back expands and rounds out this perspective. You can read the full abstract of the book here
