Kindai Tour HR Management in Digital Worlds

Kindai: tour is an urban trip through the national and international ‘New Economy’ scene. The next tour will focus on: "How HR professionals shape the acquisition and retention of digital natives in new and traditional companies". It will take place on December 8 in Berlin and we will be part of the great program, presenting our 32 hours working model!
HR Management in Digital Worlds

 

The tour will show participants how and where to win digital natives and how in this context also organizational and communication structures change within the company.

They will discuss with HR Professionals and executives face-to-face, to find out best practices to win the best technically highly skilled employees. The tour will also explore deep insights into HR management, discussing the challenges that may arise between teams of traditionalists and newcomers, as well as show  examples of successful team structures.

The participation fee amount is 790 euros (plus VAT). Early Bird registration till 30.11 just 590 euros (plus VAT). Applications are possible with Volker Zanetti. Seats are limited and will be awarded after receipt of applications.
